마가복음 10:1-16

1 예수님께서는 그 곳을 떠나 유대 지방으로 가셨습니다. 다시 많은 사람들이 예수님께로 몰려들었습니다. 다른 때와 마찬가지로, 예수님께서 그들을 가르치셨습니다.
2 몇몇 바리새파 사람들이 예수님께 와서 예수님을 시험하려고 물었습니다. “사람이 아내와 이혼하는 것이 옳습니까?”
3 예수님께서 대답하셨습니다. “모세가 너희에게 어떻게 명령하였느냐?”
4 그들이 말했습니다. “모세는 남자가 이혼 증서를 써 준 다음에 여자를 보내라고 허락하였습니다.”
5 예수님께서 말씀하셨습니다. “너희의 마음이 굳어 있어서 모세가 이런 명령을 썼다.
6 그러나 하나님께서 세상을 만드실 때부터 남자와 여자를 만드셨다.
7 ‘그러므로 남자가 자기 아버지와 어머니를 떠나 아내와 더불어
8 둘이 한 몸이 될 것이다.’ 따라서 더 이상 둘이 아니라 한 몸이다.
9 그러므로 하나님께서 하나로 만드신 것을 사람이 가르지 마라.”
10 제자들이 집에서 예수님께 이혼에 대해 다시 물었습니다.
11 예수님께서 대답하셨습니다. “자기 아내를 버리고, 다른 여자와 결혼하는 사람은 간음죄를 짓는 것이다.
12 자기의 남편을 버리고, 다른 남자와 결혼하는 여자 또한 간음죄를 짓는 것이다.”
13 사람들이 자기의 아이들을 데리고 예수님께 와서, 어루만져 주시기를 원했습니다. 그러나 제자들이 이들을 꾸짖었습니다.
14 예수님께서 이것을 보시고 노하시며, 제자들에게 말씀하셨습니다. “어린이들이 내게로 오게 놔 두어라. 그들을 막지 마라. 하나님 나라는 이런 어린이와 같은 사람들의 것이다.
15 내가 너희에게 진정으로 말한다. 어린이처럼 하나님 나라를 받아들이지 않는 사람은, 결코 그 곳에 들어가지 못할 것이다.”
16 그리고 예수님께서 어린이들을 팔에 안으시고, 손을 얹어 축복하셨습니다.

1 Then Jesus left Capernaum and went down to the region of Judea and into the area east of the Jordan River. Once again crowds gathered around him, and as usual he was teaching them.
2 Some Pharisees came and tried to trap him with this question： "Should a man be allowed to divorce his wife?"
3 Jesus answered them with a question： "What did Moses say in the law about divorce?"
4 "Well, he permitted it," they replied. "He said a man can give his wife a written notice of divorce and send her away."① / ①See Deut 24.1
5 But Jesus responded, "He wrote this commandment only as a concession to your hard hearts.
6 But `God made them male and female'① from the beginning of creation. / ①Gen 1.27; 5.2
7 `This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife①, / ①Some manuscripts do not include and is joined to his wife
8 and the two are united into one.'① Since they are no longer two but one, / ①Gen 2.24
9 let no one split apart what God has joined together."
10 Later, when he was alone with his disciples in the house, they brought up the subject again.
11 He told them, "Whoever divorces his wife and marries someone else commits adultery against her.
12 And if a woman divorces her husband and marries someone else, she commits adultery."
13 One day some parents brought their children to Jesus so he could touch and bless them. But the disciples scolded the parents for bothering him.
14 When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children.
15 I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn't receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it."
16 Then he took the children in his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them.
