성경말씀: 고린도전서 4:1-2

1 이처럼 여러분은 마땅히 우리가 그리스도의 일꾼이요, 하나님의 비밀을 맡은 관리자로 생각해야 합니다.
2 맡은 사람에게 더없이 요구되는 것은 충성입니다. (쉬운성경)

1 So look at Apollos and me as mere servants of Christ who have been put in charge of explaining God's mysteries.
2 Now, a person who is put in charge as a manager must be faithful. (New Living Translation)

1 Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
2 In this case, moreover, it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy. (NASB, NKJV)

성경말씀: 에베소서 1:3-12

3 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지 되시는 하나님께 찬양을 드립니다. 하나님께서는 하늘에 있는 모든 영적인 복을 그리스도 안에서 우리에게 내려주셨습니다.
4 하나님께서는 이 세상이 창조되기 전, 그리스도의 사랑 안에서 우리를 흠 없는 거룩한 백성으로 선택하셨습니다.
5 또한 그 때부터 예수 그리스도를 통해 우리를 자녀 삼으시기로 작정하셨습니다. 하나님께서는 이 일을 바라시고 또 기뻐하셨습니다.
6 놀라운 은혜를 내려 주신 하나님께 찬양을 드립니다. 하나님께서는 아무 대가를 바라지 않으시고, 은혜를 베풀어 주셔서 사랑하는 아들 독생자 예수 그리스도를 우리에게 보내 주셨던 것입니다.
7 그리스도 안에서 우리는 그의 보혈로 자유함을 얻었습니다. 또한 하나님의 풍성한 은혜로 죄사함도 받았습니다.
8 하나님께서는 풍성한 지혜와 지식으로
9 우리에게 한 가지 비밀을 가르쳐 주셨습니다. 그것은 하나님께서 그리스도를 통해 우리를 구원하시려는 뜻을 가지고 계시다는 것이었습니다.
10 때가 되면, 하나님은 그 계획을 분명히 이루실 것입니다. 땅과 하늘에 있는 모든 것의 으뜸이 되신 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나가 될 것입니다.
11 모든 것을 그의 뜻대로 이루시는 하나님께서는 오래 전에 이미 우리를 하나님의 백성으로 예정해 놓으셨습니다.
12 그리스도 안에서 첫 소망을 가진 우리들을 통해 하나님께서는 찬양을 받기 원하십니다.

3 All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.
4 Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.
5 God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.
6 So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son.
7 He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.
8 He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding.
9 God has now revealed to us his mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill his own good pleasure.
10 And this is the plan： At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ?everything in heaven and on earth.
11 Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.
12 God's purpose was that we Jews who were the first to trust in Christ would bring praise and glory to God.

성경말씀: 잠언 3:5-8

5 네 마음을 다하여 여호와를 신뢰하고, 절대로 네 슬기를 의지하지 마라.
6 너는 네 모든 길에서 그분을 인정하여라. 그러면 그분이 너의 길을 형통하게 만들어 주실 것이다.
7 스스로 지혜로운 체하지 말고, 여호와를 경외하고 악한 일은 피하여라.
8 그것이 네 몸을 치료하고, 네 뼈들을 윤택하게 해 줄 것이다.

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.
7 Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil.
8 Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones.

성경말씀: 이사야 29:13-16

13 주께서 말씀하셨다. “이 백성이 그 입으로는 나를 존경한다고 말하지만, 그 마음은 내게서 멀리 떨어져 있다. 그들이 나를 경배한다고 하지만, 그것은 사람들이 해 오던 대로 형식적으로 하는 것일 뿐이다.
14 그러므로 보아라, 내가 놀랍고 신기한 일로 이 백성을 다시 놀라게 하겠다. 지혜로운 사람들은 지혜를 잃고 똑똑한 사람들은 총명함을 잃을 것이다.”
15 오호라, 여호와 몰래 무슨 일을 하려는 사람에게 재앙이 닥친다. 어둠 속에서 일을 꾸미는 사람에게 재앙이 닥친다. 그들은 “누가 우리를 보겠는가? 누가 우리의 하는 일을 알겠는가?” 라고 말한다.
16 너희들은 얼마나 비뚤어진 자들인가? 진흙과 토기장이가 어찌 같을 수 있느냐? 만들어진 물건이 자기를 만든 사람을 향해 “그가 나를 만들지 않았다”라고 말할 수 있겠느냐? 그릇이 그릇을 만든 사람에게 “그는 아무것도 모른다”라고 말할 수 있겠느냐?

13 And so the Lord says, “These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote①. / ①Greek version reads Their worship is a farce, / for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God. Compare Mark 7.7
14 Because of this, I will once again astound these hypocrites with amazing wonders. The wisdom of the wise will pass away, and the intelligence of the intelligent will disappear.”
15 What sorrow awaits those who try to hide their plans from the Lord, who do their evil deeds in the dark! “The Lord can’t see us,” they say. “He doesn’t know what’s going on!”
16 How foolish can you be? He is the Potter, and he is certainly greater than you, the clay! Should the created thing say of the one who made it, “He didn’t make me”? Does a jar ever say, “The potter who made me is stupid”?

성경말씀: 요한계시록 21:1-7

1 그후, 나는 새 하늘과 새 땅을 보았습니다. 전에 있던 하늘과 땅은 사라지고 바다도 없어졌습니다.
2 그리고 거룩한 성, 새 예루살렘이 하나님이 계신 하늘로부터 내려오는 것을 보았습니다. 나는 마치 신랑을 위해 단장한 신부의 모습을 보는 듯했습니다.
3 보좌로부터 큰 음성이 들렸습니다. “이제 하나님의 집이 사람들 가운데 있게 될 것이다. 하나님께서 사람들과 함께 계시고, 그들은 하나님의 백성이 될 것이다. 하나님께서 친히 그들과 함께 계시며, 그들의 하나님이 되어서
4 그들의 눈에서 모든 눈물을 닦아 주실 것이다. 이제는 죽음도, 슬픔도, 울음도, 아픔도 없으며, 모든 옛것들이 다 사라질 것이다.”
5 그 때, 보좌에 계신 분이 말씀하셨습니다. “보아라, 내가 모든 것을 새롭게 하겠다! 내가 네게 하는 말은 진실하고 참되니 이것을 기록하여라.”
6 또 그분은 이어서 말씀하셨습니다. “이제 다 이루었다! 나는 알파와 오메가이며, 처음과 마지막이다. 내가 목마른 자들에게 생명수 샘물을 거저 주겠다.
7 승리한 자들은 누구나 다 이것을 받을 것이며, 나는 그의 하나님이 되고, 그는 나의 아들이 될 것이다.

1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone.
2 And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.
3 I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, "Look, God's home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.
4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever."
5 And the one sitting on the throne said, "Look, I am making everything new!" And then he said to me, "Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true."
6 And he also said, "It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega - the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life.
7 All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.
