성경말씀: 잠언 3:1-6

1 내 아들아, 내 가르침을 잊지 말고, 내 명령들을 네 마음에 소중히 간직하여라.
2 그렇게 하면, 너는 오래 살고, 성공하게 될 것이다.
3 너는 성실과 사랑을 절대 버리지 말고, 그것을 네 목에 걸고, 네 마음판에 잘 새겨라.
4 그리하면 네가 하나님과 사람 앞에서 은총과 칭찬을 받을 것이다.
5 네 마음을 다하여 여호와를 신뢰하고, 절대로 네 슬기를 의지하지 마라.
6 너는 네 모든 길에서 그분을 인정하여라. 그러면 그분이 너의 길을 형통하게 만들어 주실 것이다.

1 My child①, never forget the things I have taught you. Store my commands in your heart. / ①Hebrew My son; also in 3.11, 21
2 If you do this, you will live many years, and your life will be satisfying.
3 Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart.
4 Then you will find favor with both God and people, and you will earn a good reputation.
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

성경말씀: 시편 18:1-6

1 나의 힘이 되신 여호와여! 내가 주님을 사랑합니다.
2 여호와는 나의 반석, 나의 요새, 나의 구원자이십니다. 나의 하나님은 피할 바위이십니다. 주님은 나의 방패, 구원하시는 뿔, 나의 산성이십니다.
3 내가 찬양받기에 합당하신 여호와께 부르짖으니 그가 나를 수많은 원수들로부터 구하실 것을 확신합니다.
4 죽음의 줄이 나를 묶고, 멸망의 물살이 나를 덮쳤습니다.
5 무덤의 줄이 나를 묶고, 죽음의 덫이 나를 덮었습니다.
6 고통 중에 내가 여호와를 불렀고, 나의 하나님께 도와 달라고 부르짖었습니다. 저가 성전에서 내 목소리를 들으셨으며, 울부짖는 내 외침이 그의 귀에 들렸습니다.

2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.
3 I called on the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and he saved me from my enemies.
4 The ropes of death entangled me; floods of destruction swept over me.
5 The grave① wrapped its ropes around me; death laid a trap in my path. / ①Hebrew Sheol
6 But in my distress I cried out to the LORD; yes, I prayed to my God for help. He heard me from his sanctuary; my cry to him reached his ears.

성경말씀: 마가복음 13:1-13

1 예수님께서 성전을 떠나실 때, 한 제자가 예수님께 말했습니다. “선생님, 보십시오! 정말 아름다운 돌이지요, 정말 아름다운 건물이지요!”
2 예수님께서 “이 큰 건물을 보느냐? 돌 위에 돌 하나도 남지 않고, 완전히 무너질 것이다”라고 말씀하셨습니다.
3 예수님께서 성전 맞은편 올리브 산에서 앉아 계실 때, 베드로, 야고보, 요한과 안드레가 예수님께 조용히 물었습니다.
4 “우리들에게 말씀해 주십시오. 언제 이런 일들이 일어나고, 이런 일들이 이루어질 때에 무슨 징조가 있겠습니까?”
5 예수님께서 그들에게 말씀하기 시작하셨습니다. “아무도 너희를 속이지 못하게 조심하여라.
6 많은 사람들이 내 이름으로 와서 ‘내가 바로 그리스도다’라고 말할 것이다. 그리고 많은 사람들을 속일 것이다.
7 너희는 전쟁에 대한 소식과 소문을 들을 것이다. 그러나 두려워하지 마라. 이런 일들은 반드시 일어나야 한다. 그러나 끝은 아직 아니다.
8 민족이 다른 민족과 싸우려고 일어나고, 나라가 나라와 싸우려고 일어날 것이다. 여러 곳에서 지진이 일어나고, 기근도 있을 것이다. 이런 것들은 출산하는 진통의 시작에 불과하다.
9 너희는 주의하여라. 사람들이 너희를 법정에 넘길 것이고, 너희는 회당에서 매를 맞을 것이다. 너희가 나 때문에, 총독들과 임금 앞에 서게 되어, 그들에게 증언할 것이다.
10 그러나 먼저 복음이 모든 민족에게 전해질 것이다.
11 사람들이 너희를 체포하여 재판에 넘길 때, ‘무엇을 말할까’ 하고 걱정하지 마라. 그 때에 하나님께서 너희에게 주시는 것들을 말하여라. 말하는 것은 너희가 아니고, 성령님이시다.
12 형이 동생을 죽게 내주고, 아버지가 자식들을 내주고, 자식들이 부모를 거역하여 일어나며, 죽게 할 것이다.
13 내 이름 때문에, 너희가 미움을 받을 것이다. 그러나 끝까지 견디는 사람은 구원 받을 것이다.

1 As Jesus was leaving the Temple that day, one of his disciples said, "Teacher, look at these magnificent buildings! Look at the impressive stones in the walls."
2 Jesus replied, "Yes, look at these great buildings. But they will be completely demolished. Not one stone will be left on top of another!"
3 Later, Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives across the valley from the Temple. Peter, James, John, and Andrew came to him privately and asked him,
4 "Tell us, when will all this happen? What sign will show us that these things are about to be fulfilled?"
5 Jesus replied, "Don't let anyone mislead you,
6 for many will come in my name, claiming, `I am the Messiah.'① They will deceive many. / ①Greek claiming, `I am.'
7 And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don't panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won't follow immediately.
8 Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in many parts of the world, as well as famines. But this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come.
9 "When these things begin to happen, watch out! You will be handed over to the local councils and beaten in the synagogues. You will stand trial before governors and kings because you are my followers. But this will be your opportunity to tell them about me①. / ①Or But this will be your testimony against them
10 For the Good News must first be preached to all nations①. / ①Or all peoples
11 But when you are arrested and stand trial, don't worry in advance about what to say. Just say what God tells you at that time, for it is not you who will be speaking, but the Holy Spirit.
12 "A brother will betray his brother to death, a father will betray his own child, and children will rebel against their parents and cause them to be killed.
13 And everyone will hate you because you are my followers①. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. / ①Greek on account of my name

성경말씀: 마가복음 12:41-44

41 예수님께서 헌금함 맞은편에 앉으셔서, 사람들이 어떻게 헌금하는가를 보셨습니다. 여러 명의 부자들이 많은 돈을 헌금했습니다.
42 가난한 과부가 와서 렙돈 동전 두 개, 즉 한 고드란트를 넣었습니다.
43 예수님께서 제자들을 부르신 후 말씀하셨습니다. “내가 너희에게 진정으로 말한다. 이 가난한 과부가 헌금함에 돈을 넣은 다른 모든 사람들보다 더 많이 헌금을 하였다.
44 다른 모든 사람들은 넉넉한 중에서 헌금을 하였지만, 과부는 가지고 있던 모든 것, 즉 생활에 필요한 돈 전부를 바쳤다.”(쉬운성경)

41 Jesus sat down near the collection box in the Temple and watched as the crowds dropped in their money. Many rich people put in large amounts.
42 Then a poor widow came and dropped in two small coins①. / ①Greek two lepta, which is a kodrantes [i.e., a quadrans]
43 Jesus called his disciples to him and said, "I tell you the truth, this poor widow has given more than all the others who are making contributions.
44 For they gave a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she had to live on." (New Living Translation)

성경말씀: 마가복음 12:35-40

35 예수님께서 성전에서 가르치고 계실 때, 이렇게 물으셨습니다. “어째서 율법학자들은 그리스도가 다윗의 자손이라고 말하느냐?
36 다윗 자신은 성령으로 이렇게 말하였다. ‘여호와께서 내 주님에게 말씀하셨다. 내가 네 원수들을 네 발 아래 굴복시킬 때까지, 내 오른쪽에 앉아 있어라.’
37 다윗 자신도 그리스도를 주님이라고 부른다. 그런데 어떻게 그리스도가 다윗의 자손이 되겠느냐?” 많은 무리가 예수님의 말씀을 기쁘게 들었습니다.
38 예수님께서 가르치시면서 말씀하셨습니다. “율법학자들을 주의하여라. 이들은 긴 옷을 입고 걸어 다니기를 좋아하고, 장터에서 인사 받기를 좋아한다.
39 이들은 회당에서 높은 자리를 좋아하고, 잔치에서도 윗자리를 좋아한다.
40 이들은 과부의 집을 삼키며, 사람들에게 보이기 위해 길게 기도한다. 이런 사람들은 더 큰 심판을 받을 것이다.”

35 Later, as Jesus was teaching the people in the Temple, he asked, "Why do the teachers of religious law claim that the Messiah is the son of David?
36 For David himself, speaking under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, said, `The LORD said to my Lord, Sit in the place of honor at my right hand until I humble your enemies beneath your feet.'① / ①Ps 110.1
37 Since David himself called the Messiah `my Lord,' how can the Messiah be his son?" The large crowd listened to him with great delight.
38 Jesus also taught： "Beware of these teachers of religious law! For they like to parade around in flowing robes and receive respectful greetings as they walk in the marketplaces.
39 And how they love the seats of honor in the synagogues and the head table at banquets.
40 Yet they shamelessly cheat widows out of their property and then pretend to be pious by making long prayers in public. Because of this, they will be more severely punished."
