성경말씀: 로마서 8:26-28

26 이와 같이 성령도 우리의 연약함을 도우시나니 우리는 마땅히 기도할 바를 알지 못하나 오직 성령이 말할 수 없는 탄식으로 우리를 위하여 친히 간구하시느니라 
27 마음을 살피시는 이가 성령의 생각을 아시나니 이는 성령이 하나님의 뜻대로 성도를 위하여 간구하심이니라 
28 우리가 알거니와 하나님을 사랑하는 자 곧 그의 뜻대로 부르심을 입은 자들에게는 모든 것이 합력하여 선을 이루느니라

26 And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don't know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words.
27 And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers① in harmony with God's own will. / ①Greek for God's holy people
28 And we know that God causes everything to work together① for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. / ①Some manuscripts read And we know that everything works together

성경말씀: 고린도후서 5:1-5

1 만일 땅에 있는 우리의 장막 집이 무너지면 하나님께서 지으신 집 곧 손으로 지은 것이 아니요 하늘에 있는 영원한 집이 우리에게 있는 줄 아느니라 
2 참으로 우리가 여기 있어 탄식하며 하늘로부터 오는 우리 처소로 덧입기를 간절히 사모하노라 
3 이렇게 입음은 우리가 벗은 자들로 발견되지 않으려 함이라 
4 참으로 이 장막에 있는 우리가 짐진 것 같이 탄식하는 것은 벗고자 함이 아니요 오히려 덧입고자 함이니 죽을 것이 생명에 삼킨 바 되게 하려 함이라 
5 곧 이것을 우리에게 이루게 하시고 보증으로 성령을 우리에게 주신 이는 하나님이시니라 

1 For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands.
2 We grow weary in our present bodies, and we long to put on our heavenly bodies like new clothing.
3 For we will put on heavenly bodies; we will not be spirits without bodies.① / ①Greek we will not be naked
4 While we live in these earthly bodies, we groan and sigh, but it’s not that we want to die and get rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, we want to put on our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life.
 5 God himself has prepared us for this, and as a guarantee he has given us his Holy Spirit.

성경말씀: 고린도전서 15:10

 

지금의 나는 하나님의 은혜로 된 것이므로 내게 베푸신 그분의 은혜가 헛되지 않았습니다. 나는 다른 사도들보다 더 열심히 일하였습니다. 그러나 그 일은 내가 한 것이 아니라 나와 함께 하시는 하나님의 은혜로 한 것이었습니다. (쉬운성경)

 

But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me—and not without results. For I have worked harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by his grace. (New Living Translation)

 

 

성경말씀: 마가복음 14:66-72

66 베드로가 공관의 아래쪽에 있을 때, 어떤 대제사장의 여자 종이 왔습니다.
67 베드로가 불을 쬐고 있는 것을 보고, 노려보며 말했습니다. “당신도 나사렛 예수와 함께 있었지요?”
68 베드로는 부인하며 말했습니다. “네가 무엇을 두고 말하는지 모르겠다.” 그리고 베드로는 입구 쪽으로 옮겨 갔습니다. 그 때, 닭이 울었습니다.
69 또 여자 종이 베드로를 보고, 다시 한 번 거기 있던 사람들에게 말했습니다. “이 사람도 예수와 한패예요.”
70 다시 베드로가 부인했습니다. 잠시 후에, 거기 있던 사람들이 베드로에게 말했습니다. “확실히 당신은 예수와 한패요. 당신은 갈릴리 사람이니까.”
71 베드로는 저주하며, 맹세하였습니다. “당신들이 말하는 사람이 누구인지 나는 모르오!”
72 그러자 닭이 두 번째 울었습니다. 베드로는 예수님께서 자기에게 “닭이 두 번 울기 전에 네가 나를 세 번이나 모른다고 할 것이다”라고 한 말씀이 기억났습니다. 그래서 엎드려서 울었습니다.

66 Meanwhile, Peter was in the courtyard below. One of the servant girls who worked for the high priest came by
67 and noticed Peter warming himself at the fire. She looked at him closely and said, "You were one of those with Jesus of Nazareth①." / ①Or Jesus the Nazarene
68 But Peter denied it. "I don't know what you're talking about," he said, and he went out into the entryway. Just then, a rooster crowed①. / ①Some manuscripts do not include Just then, a rooster crowed
69 When the servant girl saw him standing there, she began telling the others, "This man is definitely one of them!"
70 But Peter denied it again. A little later some of the other bystanders confronted Peter and said, "You must be one of them, because you are a Galilean."
71 Peter swore, "A curse on me if I'm lying?I don't know this man you're talking about!"
72 And immediately the rooster crowed the second time. Suddenly, Jesus' words flashed through Peter's mind： "Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny three times that you even know me." And he broke down and wept.

성경말씀: 마가복음 14:53-65

53 사람들은 예수님을 대제사장에게로 데리고 갔습니다. 그러자 대제사장들과 장로들 그리고 율법학자들이 모두 모여들었습니다.
54 베드로가 멀찍이 예수님을 따라와서, 대제사장의 공관 마당으로 들어갔습니다. 거기서 불을 쬐면서 경비원들과 함께 앉아 있었습니다.
55 대제사장들과 모든 유대 의회원들이 예수님을 죽이려고, 고소할 증거를 찾으려 했습니다. 그러나 아무런 증거도 찾을 수 없었습니다.
56 많은 사람들이 예수님에 대해 거짓 증거를 대었습니다. 그러나 그들의 말은 서로 맞지가 않았습니다.
57 어떤 사람들이 일어나서 예수님에 대해 거짓 증언을 하였습니다.
58 “우리는 이 사람이 ‘내가 손으로 지은 성전을 헐고, 삼 일 만에 손으로 짓지 않은 다른 성전을 세우겠다’고 하는 것을 들었습니다.”
59 그러나 그들의 증언은 서로 맞지 않았습니다.
60 대제사장이 일어나 그들 앞에 서서 예수님을 심문했습니다. “아무 대답도 하지 않을 것이오? 이 사람들이 당신에게 불리한 증거를 대고 있지 않소?”
61 그러나 예수님께서는 묵묵히 아무런 말씀도 하지 않으셨습니다. 다시 대제사장이 예수님께 질문을 던졌습니다. “당신이 찬양받으실 분의 아들 그리스도요?”
62 예수님께서 대답하셨습니다. “그렇다. 인자가 전능하신 분의 오른쪽에 앉아 있는 것과, 하늘에서 구름을 타고 오는 것을 볼 것이다.”
63 대제사장이 자기 옷을 찢으며 말했습니다. “무슨 증인이 더 필요하겠는가?
64 너희는 하나님을 모독하는 소리를 들었다. 너희는 어떻게 생각하느냐?” 그러자 모두가 예수님을 사형시켜야 한다고 했습니다.
65 어떤 사람들은 예수님께 침을 뱉기 시작했습니다. 또 예수님의 눈을 가리고 주먹으로 때리면서 말했습니다. “예언자처럼 누가 너를 때리는지 맞춰 보아라!” 경비원들도 예수님을 끌고 가서 때렸습니다.

53 They took Jesus to the high priest's home where the leading priests, the elders, and the teachers of religious law had gathered.
54 Meanwhile, Peter followed him at a distance and went right into the high priest's courtyard. There he sat with the guards, warming himself by the fire.
55 Inside, the leading priests and the entire high council① were trying to find evidence against Jesus, so they could put him to death. But they couldn't find any. / ①Greek the Sanhedrin
56 Many false witnesses spoke against him, but they contradicted each other.
57 Finally, some men stood up and gave this false testimony.
58 "We heard him say, `I will destroy this Temple made with human hands, and in three days I will build another, made without human hands.'"
59 But even then they didn't get their stories straight!
60 Then the high priest stood up before the others and asked Jesus, "Well, aren't you going to answer these charges? What do you have to say for yourself?"
61 But Jesus was silent and made no reply. Then the high priest asked him, "Are you the Messiah, the Son of the Blessed One?"
62 Jesus said, "I AM①. And you will see the Son of Man seated in the place of power at God's right hand② and coming on the clouds of heaven."③ / ①Or The `I AM' is here; or I am the LORD. See Ex-od 3.14 ②Greek at the right hand of the power. See Ps 110.1 ③See Dan 7.13
63 Then the high priest tore his clothing to show his horror and said, "Why do we need other witnesses?
64 You have all heard his blasphemy. What is your verdict?" "Guilty!" they all cried. "He deserves to die!"
65 Then some of them began to spit at him, and they blindfolded him and beat him with their fists. "Prophesy to us," they jeered. And the guards slapped him as they took him away.
